Camp Caboose 2024 Packet and Enrollment

We are currently taking enrollment for summer!

To enroll, please include your camp deposit and enrollment forms. The camp deposit is the first week’s tuition and all applicable fees. Please refer to the policies regarding schedule changes on page 11, and the checklist on page 14 of our Camp Caboose brochure to ensure you have enrolled your child completely.

Your enrollment is considered complete when we receive your enrollment packet including health and immunization records, and your deposit payment.

For deposits, you can either drop off a check with your enrollment packet or set up an ACH payment. If you already have ACH set up for payments for after-school care, the deposit for Camp Caboose will not automatically come out of ACH. 

Enrollments are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis according to the number of days and weeks enrolled.  Once your enrollment has been processed we will send you a confirmation via email.  If any part of your enrollment paperwork is missing, we will notify you by email.

If you would like your child to start the first week of Camp, please have your enrollment forms and payment in by Wednesday, May 31st. Any enrollments after this date will start at the earliest available enrollment.

If paying a deposit through ACH, you must deliver or mail enrollment paperwork including health and vaccination records, to Red Caboose Child Care Center, 2346 Winnebago St., Madison, WI 53704, or email to both SapEnroll@redcaboosechildcare.org, and laura@redcaboosechildcare.org

Dropping off enrollment paperwork at Red Caboose after school at Lapham or Marquette is an option for current school-age families only. Staff at the after-school program are not authorized to accept payment, only enrollment forms.
